You cannot fulfill tithing law. People propagating tithing and pushing others to tithe are themselves unable to fulfill it.
From the beginning tithing was not a law – people were not commanded to tithe.
Abraham is the first man to tithe. He did not tithe because he was commanded or it was a law neither did he tithe to be blessed. Before even he tithed, he was already blessed. See tithe like Abraham not to receive but to thank
Abraham lived by faith not by law.
No person told Abraham to tithe neither was it written for a man to tithe but Abraham was moved by the Spirit of God to give tithe to Melchizedek thanking God for delivering all to him. Remember Jesus our High Priest is in the order of Melchizedek; in the likeness of Melchizedek.
The law came many years later after Abraham; the law came by Moses.
John 1:17: For the law was given through Moses but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ
From Mt. Sinai to Jesus Christ death on the cross is the era of the law. After Jesus Christ on the cross to rapture, is the era of grace and truth.
In the era of the law, people lived by the written laws but in the era of grace, the law was replaced with the Holy Spirit and people live by faith as it was Abraham’s time when there was no law.
For the law was abolished on the cross and Christ Jesus is the end of the law.
Col 2:14: Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross
Rom 10:4: For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone that believes.
Why were the children of Israel given the Laws? Because of hard-heartedness
The law of tithing is like the law of divorce.
From the beginning God never created divorce but because of people hard-heartedness Moses brought the law to them allowing divorce.
Mt 19:7- 8: They say unto him, ‘Why did Moses then command to give a writing of divorcement, and to put her away?’ He said unto them, ‘Moses because of the hardness of your hearts commanded you to put away your wives: but from the beginning it was not so’.
From beginning, tithing was not a law but because of people hard-heartedness it was made a law – see that when Abraham tithed, it was not a law.
The entire laws in the Bible are shadows of things to come (Col 2:17) or schoolmaster leading us to the master
Gal 3:24: Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith
As all laws were a shadow of Christ, tithe was a shadow of Jesus Christ; Jesus Christ is the tithe.
It is not human beings work to fulfill the laws; it was Jesus work to fulfill the laws and it is for that reason Jesus came
Mt 5:17: Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill
Why did Jesus come to fulfill the law?
Because human beings could not fulfill the laws neither were the laws created for them to fulfill but for Jesus.
It is for this reason Jesus had to come to fulfill them and nail them on the cross.
One of the laws is tithing.
No human being can fulfill the requirements of tithe and even those who propagate it and claim how loyal they are to tithing, the do not fulfill it.
Even the people given the law (the children of Israel) could not fulfill them – are you the one to fulfill them? If the people who were commanded to tithe never fulfilled it, are you going to?
What are the requirements of tithe?
You cannot Fulfill Tithing Law – People Propagating Tithing are Unable to Fulfill it
Tithe required you;
- To tithe everything
A tithe was of everything; land, seed of the land, fruit of trees, heard, flock, tenth of everything, wine, oil, honey, treasures, etc
Lev 27:30: And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD’s: it is holy unto the LORD.
Deut 14:22: Thou shall truly tithe all the increase of thy seed that the field brings forth year by year.
Lev 27:32: And concerning the tithe of the herd, or of the flock, even of whatsoever passes under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto the LORD.
2 Ch 31:5: And as soon as the commandment came abroad, the children of Israel brought in abundance the firstfruits of corn, wine, and oil, and honey, and of all the increase of the fields; and the tithe of all things brought they in abundantly.
Ne 13:12: Then brought all Judah the tithe of the corn and the new wine and the oil unto the treasuries.
Do you tithe everything?
You tithe your salary and claim to have tithed. You have forgotten tithing for that house, car, flock, fruits, field harvest, etc. Have you not stolen from God?
Every person who propagates tithing steals from God for there are things they do not tithe for. They do not keep the law as it is written.
Examine yourself and you will see things you have never tithed for. You have been breaking the law yet claiming you are keeping it.
And how many times have you not tithed? How many times have you forgotten? Do you know that you broke the law?
Tithe was so plenty that it was laid in heaps
2 Ch 31:6: And concerning the children of Israel and Judah, that dwelt in the cities of Judah, they also brought in the tithe of oxen and sheep, and the tithe of holy things which were consecrated unto the LORD their God, and laid them by heaps.
Is this so to today?
No! Because those who tithe are stealing from God for not tithing for everything
- Tithes were for those without inheritance – Levitical priesthood
Tithes were for Levitical priesthood because they had no inheritance in Israel. They had no land no property; their inheritance was priesthood (Joshua 18:7) and only depended on tithes.
Num 18:24: But the tithes of the children of Israel, which they offer as an heave offering unto the LORD, I have given to the Levites to inherit: therefore I have said unto them, Among the children of Israel they shall have no inheritance.
Today, who are the people given tithes?
People owning plenty of this world and these are they who are called God servants but instead wolves milking many dry and keeping asking you to tithe. They have got plenty of the world not sticking only to priesthood to deserve tithes.
Many are millionaires and billionaires having a lot of the world because of tithes. Levitical priesthood had only tithes on earth.
Tell them to be like the Levitical priesthood with no inheritance if they want tithes.
Even the Levites were to offer tithe; the tenth of the tithe they received from the people
Num 18:26: Thus speak unto the Levites, and say unto them, When ye take of the children of Israel the tithes which I have given you from them for your inheritance, then ye shall offer up an heave offering of it for the LORD, even a tenth part of the tithe.
As they command you to tithe, do they also tithe?
No! Instead they celebrate for the plenty you have given them in tithing for them to eat and invest more in world idols.
- Tithe was not only for Levitical priesthood but also for the fatherless, stranger and windows
Deut 26:12: When you hast made an end of tithing all the tithes of thine increase the third year, which is the year of tithing, and hast given it unto the Levite, the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, that they may eat within thy gates, and be filled
People today only tithe to people they have made servants of God. When a stranger, widow and the needy come to you, you tell them you have nothing to give them because you have tithed to a building called the church while the real church is standing at your door needing help. Lost generation indeed!
- Tithe was brought to have plenty of food in the house of God
Mal 3:10: Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

Today, can you go to this buildings called God houses and be given/find food? No!
These called houses of God (idols) have nothing to offer the needy though people keep tithing. Why?
Because they have taken all the tithes and ate all themselves
Tithes are not for building big idols called ‘churches’ (stone buildings) and for buying more idols in the name of serving Jesus Christ. Tithes are for Levites, fatherless, widows and strangers. Why are you using tithe in ways God did not instruct?
Jesus when on earth never tithed. Why? Because He was the tithe
Tithe needs someone to offer it. God was offering Jesus as tithe to entire humanity
As said earlier, the law is a shadow of things to come whose substance is Christ. Tithing which became part of the law through Moses is a shadow of Christ who came and is with us.
Look at the cross, what do you see. I see Jesus my tithe.
Jesus fulfilled the law and one of the law He fulfilled is tithing by becoming the tithe.
No matter how much humans try to fulfill the laws they cannot fulfill them – no matter how much you tithe you cannot fulfill tithe law. And remember the laws are like a chain breaking one you break all and this equals to death not salvation.
Even the children of Israel who were given those laws could not fulfill them. Only Jesus fulfilled them.
Why do you propagate laws you yourself are not able to fulfill? Why do you want others to come keep same laws you are unable fulfill? You cannot fulfill tithing, yet you want people to be like you; be under law breaking same laws, why?
Come to the end of the law – Jesus Christ. Come to the tithe Himself and accept Him.
Jesus Christ will not give you laws but He will give you the Holy Spirit – He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit.
Come, let the Holy Spirit dwell in you and live by faith like Abraham not by laws. The Holy Spirit will direct you.
John 16:13-14: However when He, the Spirit of truth, is come, He will guide you into all truth: for He shall not speak of Himself; but whatsoever He shall hear, that shall He speak: and He will show you things to come. He shall glorify me: for He shall receive of mine, and shall show it unto you.
The TRUTH is; Jesus is the tithe (if you don’t believe pray ask God).
For if the tithe is Jesus, that glorifies Him otherwise not. The Holy Spirit will glorify Him by telling you to look at the cross and see the tithe; Jesus Christ.
In the Bible, it is mentioned once that Abraham tithed – we see no other place Abraham tithing. Why? (Pray and ask)
Walk by faith listening and obeying the Holy Spirit not the law. Children of grace have the Holy Spirit not the law.
Instead of being held by laws you cannot fulfill come to Christ who is the end of the law the start of a relationship and freedom.
You cannot fulfill the law. You cannot fulfill tithing. People propagate tithing are themselves unable to fulfill it. Only Jesus Christ fulfilled it and He will fulfill it in you. Accept the price He paid. Accept Him as your tithe.
