Who Tells You Whom To Give to? Is it the pastor apostle prophet evangelist etc? is it ‘the church’? Is it you who tells yourself? Whose responsibility is it to tell you whom to give to?

Before Abraham were 2 kings needing a gift from him; King of Salem (Melchizedek) and King of Sodom (Satan). Who led Abraham to give to Melchizedek not Satan?
True disciples of Jesus Christ are led ONLY by the Holy Spirit. Rom 8:14 For all who are being led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.
Not only is it the Holy Spirit’s responsibility to tell us to give offer sacrifice, it’s His responsibility to tell us whom to give to, what to give, when and how.
The work of servants of Jesus is to Preach Jesus Christ, teach His kingdom; teach giving offering sacrificing without compelling people to give, without dictating whom they are to give to.
The conviction to give is of the Holy Spirit, but from that point on we need the Holy Spirit to lead us to whom to give to otherwise we will give Satan. If indeed you are not led by the Holy Spirit, you will give to Satan.
Are there not many people giving to Satan knowingly and unknowingly? Are there not many people today feeding demons? See fattening demons
You have been giving to that man/woman called a pastor, apostle, evangelist, etc, ask yourself, did the Holy Spirit lead you to give to this man/woman?
You have been giving to that church, ask yourself, did Jesus tell you to give to that church?
You have been doing charitable deeds, did the Holy Spirit lead you to do charitable deeds to those people or persons?
You have been donating, did Jesus tell you to donate to those people or persons?
If a man walks blindly, does s/he not fall into a ditch?
You are bitter because you have given to ‘that church’, that so-called-servant until you sunk into poverty, seeing no end to your afflictions and torments, and now you blasphemy God and make Him a sinner. The questions is; did Jesus tell you to give to that church/servant?
Giving sacrificing and offering to God is a personal act of intimacy to God, thus giving must be in Secret; for Our God is in Secret too (Mt 6). Giving is an expression of our Love of God unto Him. See Love gives more than a tithe
It’s the Holy Spirit responsibility to tell us whom to give to.
If you want to give truly to God, kneel down, pray, ask God through whom are you going to be giving Him. And He will direct and lead you
Walk in the Spirit (the Holy Spirit) not by the flesh
Be led by the Holy Spirit
I am yet to see a consistent giver as led and directed by God neglected
