Why are you alive on earth today? What were you created to do? What is your specific assignment on earth?
God creates every person for a specific assignment on earth; to good works ordained before you are created.
Eph 2:10: For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to good works, which God has before ordained that we should walk in them.
Before God formed you in your mother’s womb, He knew you and ordained you for a specific task on earth like He revealed to Jeremiah.
Before I formed you in the belly I knew you; and before you came forth out of the womb I sanctified you, and I ordained you a prophet unto the nations (Jer 1:5)
You are not on this earth by mistake. No person is born by mistake; it is the plan of God.
In the Bible, God created every person to carry out a specific assignment on earth. Let’s look at some of them.
1. Moses
God created Moses for only one assignment on earth; to bring out the children of Israel from Egypt.
Ex 3:10: Come now therefore, and I will send you unto Pharaoh, that you may bring forth my people the children of Israel out of Egypt.
When Moses accomplished his assignment on earth, God gave him rest in His kingdom.
2. Joshua
God created Joshua for only one assignment on earth; to lead the children of Israel across river Jordan into the Promised Land. Joshua was the man created by God to take over after Moses.
Joshua 1:1-2: Now after the death of Moses the servant of the LORD it came to pass, that the LORD spoke unto Joshua the son of Nun, Moses’ minister, saying, ‘Moses my servant is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, you, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them, even to the children of Israel’.
3. David
God created David to shepherd and be a warrior to the children of Israel.
2 Sam 7:8: Now therefore so shall you say unto my servant David, Thus says the LORD of hosts, ‘I took you from the sheepfold, from following the sheep, to be ruler over my people, over Israel’
1 King 2:11: And the days that David reigned over Israel were forty years: seven years reigned he in Hebron, and thirty and three years reigned he in Jerusalem.
4. Solomon
Solomon was created and placed on this earth to build the temple.
2 Sam 7:12-13: And when your days be fulfilled, and you sleep with your fathers, I will set up your seed after you, which shall proceed out of your bowels, and I will establish his kingdom. He shall build a house for my name, and I will establish the throne of his kingdom forever.
1 King 6:14: So Solomon built the temple, and finished it.
5. Jeremiah
Jeremiah was created and placed on earth to be a prophet
Jer 1:5: Before I formed thee in the belly I knew you; and before you came forth out of the womb I sanctified you, and I ordained you a prophet unto the nations.
6. Jonah
Jonah was created to take repentance message to Nineveh
Jonah 1:1-2: Now the word of the LORD came unto Jonah the son of Amittai, saying, ‘Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry against it; for their wickedness is come up before me’.
Because of Jonah taking God’s message to Nineveh, Nineveh repented and God relented from the disaster that He was to bring upon Nineveh.
Jonah 3:10: And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not.
7. John the Baptist
John the Baptist was created for only one assignment on earth; a voice in the wilderness to prepare the way for Jesus.
Mt 3:1-2: In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea, And saying, ‘Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand’.
Many years ago God revealed through His servant prophet Isaiah that he will send a voice in the wilderness to prepare the way for Jesus.
Isa 40:3: The voice of him that cries in the wilderness, Prepare the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God.
Mt 3:3: For this is he that was spoken of by the prophet Isaiah, saying, ‘The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare the way of the Lord, make his paths straight’.
A voice crying in the wilderness was prophesied many years ago before John the Baptist was created. From his creation by God even before his birth, John was ordained to be the voice.
You were created, born and ordained for a specific assignment on earth.
8. Paul
Paul was created to take the gospel to gentiles
Acts 9:15: But the Lord said unto him, ‘Go your way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel’
Acts 13:46-47: Then Paul and Barnabas waxed bold, and said, ‘It was necessary that the word of God should first have been spoken to you: but seeing you put it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles. For so has the Lord commanded us, saying, ‘I have set you to be a light of the Gentiles, that you should be for salvation unto the ends of the earth’.
All these people in the Bible accomplished their assignments on earth and God gave them rest in His kingdom.
What about you? What were you created to do? What is your specific assignment on earth?
God created you and every person for a specific assignment on this earth. No person was born by mistake.
Why are you on earth?
You are alive on earth to carry out and accomplish the assignment (task) God created and ordained you to do.
Life on earth has no meaning when you do not know why God placed you on it and you are not doing it.
When you know your specific assignment on earth, you know the timings in your life and when you finish it you can proudly say like Paul,
2 Tim 4:7: I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith
You cannot proudly say these words when you have lived a life without knowing your specific assignment on earth and accomplishing it.
God knows that it is difficult being a born-again person to live on earth but God does not take you out of this world for you to carry out your specific assignment and finish it.
Jesus prayed and asked God not to take His disciples out of the world but keep them from the evil (Satan) for them to accomplish their assignment.
John 17:15: I pray not that you should take them out of the world, but that you should keep them from the evil.
When you start living for what God created you for, your inheritance in heaven starts increasing and crowns starts being prepared for you. Heaven starts rejoicing and celebrating and all heaven and earthly resources are mobilized to you to accomplish your assignment on earth.
Why are you alive in this earth even when you have not realized you assignment on earth?
Because God is waiting for you to realize what you were created to do and start doing it. Do not wait until it is late.
How to know what God created you to do; your specific assignment on earth
When you delight in the LORD, He gives you heart desires.
Psalms 37:4: Delight yourself also in the LORD; and he shall give you the desires of your heart.
Listen to the desire in your heart. It is God who placed it in your heart for you to do and accomplish it.
Psalms 21:2: You have given him his heart’s desire
And it is the LORD to fulfill the desires in you, not you.
Psalms 145:19: He will fulfill the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them.
Proverb 10:24: … the desire of the righteous shall be granted.
If you are not born again, do not listen to the desire of your heart because they are of the devil not from God.
If you are truly a bride of Jesus Christ, there is one desire in your heart which overpowers (powerful than) all other heart desires. That is what God created you to do.
The desire in you is from God if;
1. It is about serving God through humanity not yourself
God creates people to serve Him through humanity (Mt 25) not serve themselves, their families or children.
If the desire in your heart is about serving yourself, children and family, buying big cars, houses, etc for yourself and your family that is not from God.
For you to carry out what God created you to do on earth, for you to serve humanity. yourself must dies.
When you realize what you were created to do on earth and you start doing it, God grace and resources are sufficient for you to only focus on accomplishing your assignment on earth.
When you focus on your specific assignment on earth, God takes care of the rest. He will take care of you, your family and everything else.
I am an example to this.
From the day I realized why God placed me on this earth, I entirely focused on accomplishing it up to today. I do nothing else except accomplishing my assignment on earth and I have seen God take care of everything else in my life.
When you are carrying out your assignment on earth as ordained in you before God created you, God mobilizes all earthly and heavenly resources to you for you to accomplish your specific assignment on earth.
Reason you find that people carrying out their assignment as ordained by God from their creation are rich both heavenly and earthly.
See how to get both earthly and heavenly God riches and blessing; no tithing nor sowing seed
2. Gives you joy and fulfillment
Doing what you were created to do gives you happiness, joy and fulfillment in life which you cannot get anywhere else on this earth.
You can carry your assignment even without being paid, eating, etc but you find joy and fulfillment in doing that.
3. Accomplishing your heart desire is beyond you
If accomplishing the desire in your heart is beyond you, greater than you, it is from God.
If you can accomplishing your heart desire by yourself, that is not what God created you to do.
God creates every person for greatness and the greatness is beyond your reach but reachable only though the creator; Jesus Christ. Without Him you cannot achieve your greatness.
4. You do not struggle accomplishing God’s desire in your heart
When God was leading the children of Israel in the wilderness to the Promised Land, He led them with an angel and a cloud which never departed. The children of Israel just followed the cloud obediently.
And when the enemy came after them we see the cloud and angel moving in their back to protect them.
You (the church) are the children of Israel moving in the wilderness (world) to the Promised Land (heaven). See honor your father and your mother.
When you are doing what you were created to do, the angel and the cloud are with you, creating the way before you even parting the sea for you to pass through while protecting you.
God is always before you creating the way even were there seem no way. It is up to you to learn to obey and follow Him obediently.
You do not struggle when doing and accomplishing what is from God; your specific assignment on earth.
Seas will be parted before you, stones will give you water, quails will fall on your way, manna, etc as your accomplish God’s assignment on earth. It is when you see God’s miracles in your life.
Have you realized why you are on earth; your specific assignment on earth?
If yes, confirm from God. Confirm that the desire in your heart is what you were created to do on earth.
If no, ask God what He created you to do. You are alive on this earth for you to do a specific assignment ordained to you before God created you.
You life on this earth has no meaning to you and to the kingdom of heaven when you are living without knowing and doing what you were created by God to do and the kingdom of heaven is awaiting for the day you will wake up, realize why you are in this earth and do what you were created to do.
Some people are living on this earth as people they are not – You are living as someone else not you; doing some else assignment not your own
See no 2 people are send for the same assignment on earth
Before God created you, He decided what role He wanted you to play on earth. He planned exactly how He wanted you to serve Him, and then He created and shaped you for that task. You are the way you are because you were made specifically for a specific assignment on earth.
Something has been created for you to do, and you have been created specially to do it. You are uniquely created different from any other person on earth.
Be yourself. Stop being someone else.
When you are living as someone else, you are doing someone else’s assignment on earth. Who is doing what you were created to do?
To people preaching the gospel because they have studied theology, inherited from their kin, anointed by religious institutions or so called ‘men of God’, etc, and for sure they are not chosen God servants as I revealed in how to know a chosen God servant, please ask God for your specific assignment on earth.
If you are preaching the gospel because of money or fame or envy, God will give you much more beyond your imagination when you go back to Him and start doing what you are created to do. All heavenly and earthly resources will be mobilized to you to accomplish your specific assignment on earth.
And to chosen servants of God, you are created for a specific assignment in the gospel of Jesus Christ. Know your assignment (task) and focus on that. Stick to your calling.
If God servants could know from their master what they are created to do and focus on that, there could not be competition in the gospel of Jesus Christ since every servant is called for a specific assignment of His won and only her/him can accomplish it.
The competition we have is because of people calling themselves to the gospel and giving themselves assignments and claiming they are doing the work of God. Whose work are you doing?
You are not going to accidentally fulfill God’s will. It doesn’t happen unintentionally or by coincidence. Seeing God’s will realized in your life means, first of all, finding out what unique purpose He created you for. Accomplishing the task we were created to achieve means making a deliberate effort to find, follow, and fulfill God’s will.
If you are not born-again, the first step to knowing what you are created to do and doing it is accepting Jesus Christ in your life for Him to Baptist you with the Holy Spirit. Make that first step now.
Jesus is Coming

Repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand
