Defiling marriage bed is a sin for marriage bed is undefiled and you will not escape God judgment without repentance.
Heb 13: 4 Marriage is honorable in all and the bed is undefiled but fornicators and adulterers God will judge
Marriage bed is in 3 forms;
- Bed married sleep on
- Body – your body is a marriage bed (your partner’s marriage bed)
- Spiritual bed
And these are the ways marriage bed is defiled
Ways Marriage Bed is Defiled
1. Bed married sleep on
Any sexual immorality be it adultery, fornication, masturbation, etc on the marriage bed married sleep on defiles the bed. Any unnatural sexual acts like homosexuality, sex with animals, etc, defiles marriage bed.
Marriage bed must only sleep the two joined together to be one flesh. Any other person who has sleeps/slept on the marriage bed, defiles it
When the marriage bed is defiled, it becomes Satan foothold – foothold for demons.
Many people in marriages are having troubles because the marriage bed they sleep on is defiled. Some are struggling with sexual immorality, lust, etc because the marriage bed is defiled.
Others are in fights, arguments, divorce, separation, poverty, curses, diseases, etc because the marriage bed is defiled.
When you get into marriage, you must get a new bed. Why?
Because that bed you slept on before marriage is not a marriage bed and majority of all beds people sleep on before marriage are defiled.
Marriage bed must be undefiled – no fornication, sexual immorality, adultery, prostitution, etc should be or have been committed on it and no other person except the two joined together should sleep on it.
Same way with marriage bedroom – it is only for the two joined in marriage. No other person should enter marriage bedroom.
If you are married and still sleeping on the bed you slept on before getting married, get rid of that bed and get a new bed; a marriage bed.
If you have a marriage bed and it is defiled, repent, ask God to forgive and wash your sins in His blood.
2. Your body is a marriage bed
Your body is a marriage bed – it is your husband’s/wife’s marriage bed. Any defilement on your body is a defilement on your marriage and marriage bed.
Sexual immorality defiles your body – defiles your marriage bed. Defiling marriage bed is not only having sexual immorality on the bed you sleep on with your husband/wife but also sexual immorality outside the bed you sleep on.
Lust is sexual immorality which defiles your body thus defiling marriage bed.
Flirting is sexual immorality. It is defiling the marriage bed.
Sex is for marriage between two joined together to be one flesh. Because marriage is between the two joined together to be one flesh, sex must remain between the two.
Sex is sacred and secret only for marriage – only for the two joined together to be one flesh.
Any person who opens up what happens in the bedroom, in the marriage bed, about sex is defiling his/her marriage and the marriage bed.
People teaching sex, discussing sex openly anyhow are of Satan.
Pornography defiles marriage bed.
People post pictures of their bodies in social media; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc to be admired and lusted upon.
Reason after posting they sit down to wait and see who has liked, commented, flirted and lusted them. Every person posting his/her pictures in social media is defiling his/her body, marriage, marriage bed and must repent – delete all your pictures from social media and sin no more.
The only person who is supposed to see your body, beauty or handsomeness is your husband or wife.
If you open up your body to others to admire, lust, flirt, etc, you are disrespecting your spouse, your marriage, uncovering your marriage, your spouse, in sexual immorality and defiling your marriage bed.
Your body is your spouse’s body (1 Cor 7:4) and it is only him/her who has authority to see it, admire it, like it, uncover it, etc.
Through the pictures you post of your body in social media and any other place, demons have power to use them and come to commit sexual acts with you, defile you and your marriage bed reason many people are having sex with demons at night and sexual immorality cannot depart from them.
Social media is satanic and anytime you feed them your body, the demons will take it for their use
Do not lust at others and do not let others lust at you. Do not feed demons your body for they will defile it, defile you, your life and marriage.
When you dress like a harlot, you are uncovering your spouse, marriage and defiling your marriage bed.
No Godly man in marriage wants his wife and children walk naked or half naked admired and lusted by men.
No Godly father wants his daughters walk naked or half naked admired and lusted by men.
Every woman you see walking naked, half-naked, dressed inappropriately is a rebellious woman who has rebelled her husband or father and God.
Marriage is only for the two joined together to be one flesh. Any other person in a marriage is a stranger. See leave your father and mother for marriage. Therefore everything of a marriage must be between the two and remain between the two joined together.
You must not uncover your wife/husband, marriage and marriage bed – if you do, you will have defiled your marriage bed.
Speaking about your spouse, slandering, speaking lies about him/her is uncovering your marriage, uncovering yourself for you are one flesh and it is defiling your marriage bed.
Disrespecting and not submitting to your husband is defiling your marriage bed – this opens door for demons to come destroy your marriage.
Letting in your father, mother, siblings, in-laws, relatives, etc in your marriage is defiling your marriage bed and that marriage will be put asunder. Leave your father, mother and all your people to be joined to your husband or wife.
Your body is a marriage bed; your husband’s/wife’s marriage bed. Do not defile it.
3. Spiritual bed
Marriage bed is also spiritual.
There are only two spirits; Holy Spirit and evil spirit. A person is either with the Holy Spirit or evil spirit.
If spiritually you are ‘in bed’ (in communion) with the evil spirit, you are defiling your marriage bed.
Every person not walking with Jesus Christ is defiling his/her marriage bed.
If you have defiled marriage bed, repent for God not to judge you as He says, ‘the bed is undefiled but fornicators and adulterers God will judge’
Marriage is honorable in all and the bed is undefiled
Cursed is every person who puts marriage asunder
Leave your father and mother for marriage
Come to Jesus Christ and walk with Him to have a marriage and not defile the bed
